- Aspiring glamour model found notoriety over an NHS boob job operation
- She was arrested and charged this year for posting a photo of her ex online
- The photo allegedly showed him naked but covered slightly by a cartoon
- Cunningham denies the charge having previously claimed she had consent
Self-styled glamour model Josie Cunningham arrived at court this morning ahead of her trial over allegations she posted so-called 'revenge porn' pictures online.
Cunningham, best known for claiming £4,800-worth of breast implants on the NHS, allegedly put naked photos of her ex-fiance Andrew Goy on Twitter.
She denies the charge and is due to stand trial in front of magistrates in Leeds today.
Cunningham, 24, got engaged to Mr Goy, 33, after they had been going out for two months but the couple split in February following an argument.
She is alleged to have posted a naked photograph of her ex-boyfriend Mr Goy to her 108,000 Twitter followers on May 9.
The mother-of-three walked into court wearing a black cardigan, skinny black trousers and high heels with her blonde hair scraped back in a ponytail this morning.
Rob Cooper, Josie's agent, took to twitter this morning to reveal her 'pre-court ritual'. He posted: 'Josie's pre-court ritual...TWO double sausage and egg McMuffins....'
A previous court hearing was told that the photo showed Mr Goy from the neck down, naked, with a cartoon picture of a mushroom covering his penis.
Prosecutor Mike Vittis told a judge at the previous hearing: 'On the photograph you can not see the head, but the victim says you can clearly see it is him by the tattoos on his body.'
Cunningham's defence previously said she had consent to put the photo up, adding she did it to raise Mr Goy's profile because he want to be a professional bodybuilder.
The picture was allegedly posted after the 33-year-old body builder, who was engaged to Miss Cunningham, sold his story to a Sunday newspaper.
The outspoken mother-of-three was arrested in May under new laws against the circulation of revenge porn.
Cunningham, from Leeds, found notoriety after she bragged about having her breasts enlarged from a 32A to a 36DD on the NHS.
She also courted controversy over the revelation that she has received taxpayer funded Botox and asked the local council to pay £6,000 for taxis so she could take her children to school.
